My kids and I love to go shopping. Even its not sale on the mall or weekends. When have nothing to do at home we went shopping. We usually went o department store to buy things needed at home. When I picked up my push cart my son and my daughter also get their own shopping basket. But even I allow them to do so. I always remind them that to choose only those things that they need not just they want it but they need it. They know that instead of buying so many toys I would prefer them buying clothes and foods. I still allow them to buy toys I still want them to enjoy their childhood. But maybe just once a month.
My kids love shopping and every time I went grocery I don’t leave them at home just like what some mother do I want them to come with me. There are times that they also make their own shopping list. That when we went shopping they don’t have to think what to buy and they won’t forget anything

Nowadays, more and more children are participating in activities that they enjoy and that help them relax when they are not going to school. Such an activity called recreation.
Recreational activities can be done alone, by pairs or in groups. They come in different forms.
- sports such as swimming, basketball, badminton, bowling and billiards
- outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, camping and gardening
- indoor activities such as watching television, reading, playing video games and board games
- hobbies such as playing guitar or drums, cross stitching and drawing.
How can recreational activities help you grow and develop? For one, they help you discover your likes and dislikes. They also develop and improve your skills and talents. Recreational activities let you express yourself, meet new friends and feel happy and accepted.
The kinds of recreational activities that children like vary from time to time, depending on their personalities and moods. How about you? What are your favorite recreational activities?Remember that you should really like them and that they should be suited for your age.

A friend of mine love collecting shoes and sandals. But she said to me that she like the most is shoes instead of sandals. She like wearing different shoes. I remember those college days that everyday a new shoes is the one she’s wearing. Almost everyday different shoes. I asked her why she told me that she believes that everyday is a new life a new journey for her and a part of this new life is a new shoes.
One time she invite me to come with her in their house because I am borrowing her a installer CD. Then we came to her house and a part of my visits in their house was she showed me all of her shoes. Its was a huge shoe cabinet. I only saw that too many shoes when I went shopping at a shoe store. And I can’t believe she have it in their house. She showed me one shoes and gave it me. She said that it’s for me. She told me that it was the shoes she was wearing when we become close to each other. That’s why she want me to keep it with me.
I kept the shoe in my room. When I remember her I just look at the shoe and that made me laugh.

The Modelo children all went to school which is about five minute walk away from their house. They just walk when going to school to save money. On a typical school day, the children wake up early in the morning as five o clock in the morning. Mike the eldest helps their mother prepare the breakfast the helps in the kitchen. He is the one eldest and the one capable in kitchen duties even his a boy he still do kitchen works. Gaze at 14, feed the chicken and the pigs in their backyards. She is the one who like petting animals thats why she is charge in the animals. Vincent at 12, clean the yards and the street in front of their house. Takes care of the garbages and put it in the trash can’s outside the street. Kris at 10, clean the house she don’t like the duties outside the house that’s why she is the one in charge in the house. And the youngest is Eleah at 8, watered the plants in the garden. She loves plants like their father.
On Saturdays, they do other things which they have no time to do on school days. All of them love their work and duties. They work cheerfully without being asked or reminded by their parents. Everyone finish the things can be done easily and fast if everybody helps.
